Stop Porn Culture – Sex And Censorship Protest In London

This past Saturday, March 15, 2014, people at the Sex and Censorship organized “Don’t Censor Me” protest in London against the Stop Porn Culture conference. Sex and Censorship founders hoped to gain at least a dozen of people to help them with the protest. It turned out that more than fifty people gathered outside the Wedge House in Southwark where the Stop Porn Culture conference was held. Adult actors and actress, strippers, academics and other individuals came at 3 p.m. to the spot to support the Adult Industry.
The conference itself was started due to “adult industry’s women slavery.” Thanks to pregnant former stripper and adult actress, Renee Richards, to explain the world that she never suffered humiliation, rape or slavery. Renee also told that people at the Stop Porn Culture conference don’t like the adult entertainment business because of their strange fear they have of sex. She continued that sex to them should be shut away and that we should go back to the Victorian times. The times where people were having sex only in dark and private rooms.
I totally agree with her. If there would be any women slavery in the business, believe me, there would be protest against it already. Since women choose their path and their career freely, I do not see any reason why stopping the multi-million business.
If Stop Porn Culture people think this is slavery, do they think mine workers, doctors, politicians, etc. etc. are also harassed and part of the slavery. Well, if you ask me, they do. Why not changing the name of the protest into “Stop World Culture?”
OK, maybe it took me away a little bit, but hey, business is business. I still think women are not forced into doing porn. It is so stupid that so many people still think and look at porn as a big taboo. Porn is part of the world for many, many year and it will continue to be like that. Get used to it and give it a chance to know it a little better.
I am a big supporter of adult industry and I think it should never stop. Period.

Stop the “Stop Porn Culture”-thinking people!
