Tiny Starfall was born on November 28, 1989 in Saigon, Vietnam. She is a mix of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese decent. Cindy is daughter of a rich Vietnamese entrepreneur. When she was fifteen years of age her family moved to America. She attended both, Catholic school and fashion school. At the age of 18 Cindy Starfall moved on her own and started her career.
At the beginning of her adult career Cindy was a glamour model and a “high quality” webcam model. She wanted to expand her career and slowly started the transition of becoming a porn star. Starfall entered the adult entertaining business in 2011.
